Welcome to KlesLwR. By using our website, software, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KlesLwR Software ("the Software") — including combat macros, visual macro editor, Macro Assistant, scripts hub, Roblox tools, overlays, and the built-in music player — or the KlesLwR website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software based on your chosen edition:

• Free Edition: Available through Discord sign-in at no charge. Includes core macros and autoclicker features. Premium-only macros and tools remain locked.
• Premium Monthly: Full access for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Premium Lifetime: Perpetual Premium access for the lifetime of the Software's service.
• License keys: May still be used instead of Discord sign-in where supported. Keys are bound to your account and devices as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Software only for its intended purpose. You are prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Software.
• Reselling or redistributing license keys or the Software itself.
• Using the Software in any way that violates the terms of the games or platforms you play on (including Roblox, Minecraft, or others).
• Disabling privacy toggles or misrepresenting your data-sharing preferences in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.
• Abusing Macro Assistant, feedback systems, or API endpoints to spam, scrape, or attack our services.

4. Roblox Features

The Software includes Roblox account management, launching, and server join tools that use locally stored session cookies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Roblox session credentials are stored and encrypted on your PC only. KlesLwR does not receive or store your Roblox cookies on its servers.
• You are responsible for complying with Roblox's Terms of Use and any game-specific rules when using these features.
• KlesLwR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

5. Music Player & Connected Accounts

The Software includes a built-in music player that streams from YouTube, supports local files, synced lyrics, and optional library import.

• You are responsible for lawful use of streamed content in your jurisdiction.
• YouTube / Google connection is optional. Connecting imports your playlists into the app; tokens stay on your device (see Privacy Policy).
• Optional Share listening activity helps power Popular on KlesLwR charts. You may turn it off at any time in Music settings.
• KlesLwR does not host, own, or claim rights to third-party music or video content.

6. Macros, Scripts & Macro Assistant

• The Software automates keyboard, mouse, and controller inputs through built-in macros, a visual macro editor, and optional external scripts (AHK, TGMacro, etc.).
• You are solely responsible for how you use macros and whether they comply with each game's rules. KlesLwR is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Mojang, or other game publishers.
• Macro Assistant uses AI to help edit macros. AI suggestions may be wrong — review changes before applying. If you use a third-party AI key, their terms apply in addition to ours.

7. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate fulfillment of license keys, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a key has been generated or issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

KlesLwR provides the Software "as is." We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of our software, including but not limited to game account bans, data loss, or system instability. Use at your own risk.

9. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service or Software at any time without prior notice.
